Paris & Puurs

So many things happened in long September. Started with competition in Arco rock festival, where I competed in both disciplines, lead and boulder. In boulder I step on 2nd podium possition (after judges discussion), which was for me first high ranking this year. It´s very good feeling when you finally stand on podium and I wish more achievements like this will come.

A week later the World Championship was happening in Paris. Whole week was longer than usual, there was a lot of good and also bad things happening in Bercy. In both discipline I didn´t achieve what I expected, but still 13. place in boulder was kind of ok. Next time will be better.

After World Championship we went directly to Puurs (Belgium) for training and prapere for the next Worldcup in lead. Lead trainings in gym were worth it, so now I know that for the next Worldcup the final wont run away from me. My 12. place in Puurs was also good and I was happy I was finali climbing good on competition and I fell because I got totally pumped.

Right now I'm going to skip the next Worldcups in Atlanta and Azia. I will focus all my energy for the final Worldcup in Kranj (SLO). For the end of this week we are planing to go to Osp where will be speed competition in route Goba (7c+, 100m) on tope-rope. My record is 7 minuts and 45 second, I wish to break the record. This race is memorial to very famous worldwide alpinist Janey Jeglič-Johan, who was climbing everything; ice climbing, alpin routes mostly in Himalaya, sport routes and some competitions. The route is 7c+ hard and the first climbers who free this route did it in 16 hours, and today is completely different thinking of climbing style. I am glad that climbing goes in lighter and faster way.
Big wall in Osp

have a nice day and be happy.
